General
Free costs $0 and stays free. You get 30 credits each month, image generation up to 1024px, community support, and one seat; exports carry a watermark. It’s built for testing the platform on personal projects, and you can upgrade the moment you need more. The Free plan is separate from our 30-day free trial, which gives new customers their first 30 days on a paid plan at no charge — cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be billed.
Every generation draws from your credit balance, and larger or more complex jobs use more credits than a single image. Your plan allowance refreshes at the start of each billing month. Credits from one-time top-up packs never expire on paid plans.
No. The Free plan requires no card, and you can keep it as long as you like. Payment details are only requested when you move to Standard or Premium or buy a credit pack.
Billing
Your first purchase of an annual plan is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts. You can cancel anytime and keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for — see our Terms of Service for details.
Upgrades take effect immediately: the unused portion of your current cycle is credited toward the new plan, so you never pay twice for the same days. Downgrades apply at your next renewal, and you keep your current features until then.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are handled by established payment processors, and MetaXAI never stores your full card number. If your team needs invoicing, email [email protected].
Product
Standard and Premium both include a commercial license, so anything you generate on those plans can be used in client work, ads, and products you sell. The Free plan is for personal projects, and its exports carry a watermark.
Custom Model Training lets you train a private style model on your own assets — brand imagery, product shots, an illustration style. The tool is part of the core toolkit on every paid plan, and private training runs are included with Premium. The trained model stays private to your workspace and is never shared with other customers.
Yes. API access is included with Premium, so you can generate images and video from your own tools and pipelines. API calls draw from the same credit balance as the app. See the Features page for a sample request.
